Powder Coater / All Rounder
Type: Full-time (38 hours – four day work week + overtime)
Bremco Metal Products is a well-established, family-owned Australian business operating for over 30 years in the materials handling and steel manufacturing industries. Due to continued growth and strong demand, we are seeking an experienced Powder Coater / All Rounder to join our Rocklea-based production team.

This is a full-time position offering a 4-day work week (38 hours) plus overtime, providing consistent work, work-life balance and long-term job security — with opportunities for further training and skills development for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial powder coating of steel products and components
- Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, masking and pre-treatment
- Operation and maintenance of powder coating equipment
- Quality control and inspection of finished products
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of powders and consumables
- Assisting with product assembly and general factory duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in powder coating within a manufacturing, engineering or fabrication environment
- Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented
- Good communication skills
